Invitation: Know Your Rights as Media Workers Face Retaliation for Speech on Palestine

I’m on the road, on a reporting trip, but wanted to drop a quick line to say happy new year and invite you to join me and the National Writers Union for a Know Your Rights workshop this Thursday, January 4 (tomorrow!) at 8 pm ET. I’ll be sharing some early highlights from a report that I’ve been helping put together about retaliation against media workers for speech on Israel and Palestine. Dozens of media workers have faced social media suppression, been terminated, had stories killed, or faced online harassment for criticizing the Israeli military or stating support for Palestinian liberation.
